brief description of some of these roles and responsibilities follows:
- Project Management
- Agile or waterfall, will help insure project milestones are set,
tracked and communicated and roadblocks escalated to on-time completion.
- DW Architect
- Review and approve all major designs and technologies utilized on the
project at each stage in the development road map.
- System Administrator - Server hardware acquisition, setup, configuration, optimization & testing. May also write automation scripts.
- Data Modeler
- stage, star, snowflake and cube schema design. Include DDL
generation with indexing, complex partitioning and materialized
views all architected to deliver your key performance indicators quickly and in a maintainable and scalable fashion.

Objects solutions, to include universes and cube designs. Creates BO Universes with Designer.
- Report Writer
- experienced in multiple report authoring software packages not
limited to Crystal Reports, Brio or native SQL extracts into Microsoft
Excel. May also be called upon to create and schedule automated
reports, generate files for ftp transportation, create and update dashboards
and provide ad-hoc query support.
